All of our products are handmade so please keep in mind that our processing time is 14 -20 business days. In rare cases, it can take longer, we will notify you.

​Warranty & Returns
We do not wish to see our products end up in landfill therefore we offer a life time warranty on our hardware.
If your hardware breaks or is found to be faulty, we will replace it (where possible) or restyle the product, at no cost to you.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
Normal wear and tear, including scratches or scuffs to the hardware or Biothane/Paracord, as well as requesting a change in colour or hardware colour after it is made are not covered. While Biothane/Paracord is strong, it is not indestructible. Biothane/Paracord that drags on the ground may snag on rocks or other sharp objects. We will not replace products that are damaged from dragging on the ground. ​

Cracking Biothane / Topical Flea and Tick Medication
Topical flea and tick medication can cause Biothane to crack. We suggest removing the collar for a couple of days after you apply any topical medication.
In rare cases, some dogs have been known to produce natural oils that can cause Biothane to crack. Collars should be removed regularly for cleaning.

WHAT IS BIOTHANE NOT?
Indestructible! While Biothane is extremely durable, it is not impervious to puppy teeth or strong chewers. For that reason, we will not replace any product that was destroyed by your dog. Same applies for paracord.

As always, supervise your pet around anything that shouldn't go in its mouth.

​​Liability
Our products have been tried and tested for durability however no product is indestructible. It is the owners responsibility to inspect the collar/ leash for wear & tear before each use and stop using it if it is damaged. Melted ends & burn marks are normal part of the Paracording process - there is no reason to return your item. Likewise chewed items are not covered by our warranty. Return postage is covered by customer.

Our products are not indestructible and we include all relevant information in our product listings.
